FAQ

Property manager questions

Nothing. We cover everything: hardware, installation, permits, maintenance, insurance, and day-to-day operations. You provide parking spots and access to your electrical panel. In return, you get 10% of net charging revenue as a monthly royalty.
We handle all of it. If something breaks, we fix it remotely or send someone out. Your maintenance team never touches the chargers. We monitor everything 24/7 through our remote monitoring system.
We reimburse you for the electricity our chargers use. Typically $0.20/kWh, calculated monthly from our meter data. It shows up in your revenue share report alongside your royalty payment.
Five years, then it auto-renews annually. Either side can walk away with 90 days notice. If we leave or you choose not to renew, we remove all equipment at our cost.
Nope. Installation is standard electrical work: conduit trenching (repaved after), pedestal mounting on concrete pads, and wiring to your existing panel. Licensed, insured electricians do the work. Everything passes third-party inspection. If we ever leave, we restore the site to how we found it.
Yes. Our agreement gives you first dibs on EV charging at your other properties too. If it works at one building, we can roll out the same setup across your whole portfolio with a single agreement.
